Return Policy

Here at Breezy Pearl, your happiness is what we want so we offer a “30-day return policy” for you!

That means if you received the wrong item or your order simply didn’t meet your expectations, you can send the product back to us within 30 days and we’ll give you a courteous refund or replacement.

All you have to do is send your proof of purchase or receipt to complete the return process.

However, take note that the item must be still in the same condition the day you received it — hasn’t been used yet with price tags intact.

If the product is in unacceptable condition, we’re sorry to say that we won’t be able to provide you a refund or replacement.

Also, we can’t give refunds or replacements to products…

  • Purchased through other retailers
  • Purchased incorrectly
  • In good condition
  • Delivered to you incorrectly
  • Damaged caused by customer mishandling

Remember not to send your parcel back to the manufacturer as we won’t be able to track your order. For any item you wish to return, do reach out to us at hello@breezypearl.com so our reps can assist you with each step you need to do to make a return.

Please also take note that you will have to bear ALL the costs of returns.

Lastly, don’t forget to provide us with your parcel tracking number so we can help you if the parcel has gone missing en-route.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY

If your item was damaged in any way during shipment, don’t hesitate to email us at
hello@breezypearl.com with proof/s attached (images/videos).

We’ll use the images or videos for assessment and give you relevant options — which is most likely a replacement of the item.

REFUND POLICY

Once the returned item has been assessed, you’ll receive an email from us to notify you of the status of your return. If a refund is approved, we’ll send it directly to your credit card or your original payment of method. The processing time usually takes a couple of days but it still varies depending on your payment merchant.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

In case you didn’t receive the refund after a week, you may do the following:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Call your bank.

CANCELLATIONS

Changed your mind with your order? Simply cancel your order within 24 hours and we’ll give you a quick refund.

For cancellations past 24 hours, you’ll need to wait for your item to be delivered before you can return it to us for a refund — given that it’s eligible for one based on the return requirements above.

SALE ITEMS

We can only give refunds for regular priced items. That said, we can’t provide a refund for items on sale.
